For the rest of the hour, your soft tissues are expertly massaged to locate trigger points and other areas of muscular and nervous tension. By applying pressure and flowing movement to these areas, long-standing patterns of tension are released.
With each subsequent massage, your body creates more positive patterns of movement and adaptation to the normal stresses of life. This in turn allows you to use your energy more efficiently and to recover more quickly from physical, mental and emotional stress.
